Hyper Store ("Hyper Store", "we", "us") is a white-label creator-commerce platform operated by ANAVTEK LLC d/b/a Hyper Digital Agency. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers two kinds of people: creators (our subscribing customers, who run stores) and buyers (end customers who purchase from a creator's store).
To provide and secure the platform, provision and render stores, process our subscription billing, prevent fraud and abuse (including signup/trial abuse and card-testing protection), provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Each creator connects their own Stripe account to receive their sales. The creator is the merchant of record for their sales and is responsible for those transactions, refunds, disputes, and payouts. Hyper Store does not take a fee on creator sales and never holds creators' sales funds. Our only charge is the platform subscription, billed on our own Stripe account.
Creators are solely and permanently responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any sales tax/VAT on their own sales. Hyper Store does not calculate, collect, or remit tax on creators' sales and provides no tax-automation for them.
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service. Creators may enable analytics/marketing pixels on their storefronts; where required by law, buyers are shown a consent notice and pixels load only after consent. You can control cookies through your browser.
If a creator connects a Google or Microsoft calendar for booking availability, we request the minimum calendar scopes needed to read availability and create/manage booking events. We use this data only to provide the booking feature, do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it except as needed to provide the feature. Creators can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access. Our use complies with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We rely on: Stripe (payments/billing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting/ CDN), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and our own dedicated database infrastructure. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
If a creator's subscription lapses, their store is paused (shown as "taking a break") and becomes read-only — their data is retained, not deleted. On offboarding/closure we provide a wind-down window: creators can export their data (products, customers, orders, email lists), buyers with paid access are notified and can download their content, and the creator can release their domain. We retain data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Creators can exercise these in-product or by contacting us. Buyers should contact the creator (the controller) for their store's data; we will assist the creator as their processor. Requests: andrew@hyperdigitalagency.com.
We enforce tenant isolation at the database level (row-level security, per-store scoping), least- privilege access, encrypted transport, and secrets held in a secure store — never in code or logs.
The service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Questions: andrew@hyperdigitalagency.com. Governing law/jurisdiction: State of California, United States.
